管理者権限について：システム設定を変更する性質上、起動時に UAC の確認が表示され、管理者として動作します。多くの ON / OFF 項目は OFF でいつでも Windows 既定に戻せます。「※ 反映には PC の再起動が必要です」と書かれた項目は再起動後に有効になります。About administrator rights: because it changes system settings, a UAC prompt appears at launch and it runs elevated.
